We value your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we process, why we process it, and which safeguards we apply.

Types of personal data we process

When you use our contact form, we process the information you submit: name, email address, optional budget, message and optional attachment details. To protect the website, we also process technical security data such as IP address, user agent, timestamp and anti-spam verification signals.

GBE AI Agent and meeting booking

When you use the GBE AI Agent, we process the messages you enter and the working brief created during the conversation in order to respond, prepare a handoff for our team and, only after your confirmation, create a lead with the contact details you provide. The conversation is processed through the OpenAI API. If you choose to book a meeting, the selected date, your name and email address are also processed through Google Calendar so that an invitation and Google Meet link can be created. Please do not share sensitive personal data in the Agent conversation.

Website analytics (Plausible)

We use Plausible for privacy-friendly analytics. We review aggregated trends such as pageviews, referrers, device type and country-level location. We do not use analytics data to build advertising or behavioral profiles.

Google Ads conversion measurement

We load the Google Ads tag only after you allow advertising measurement in our cookie settings. The tag may then process technical data and advertising identifiers so that actions such as a successful contact request can be attributed to an ad. We do not use Google Analytics for this. You can withdraw your permission at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.

Third-party services

To operate the website securely and reliably, we use selected third-party services, including Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), Google Workspace SMTP (email delivery), and externally hosted assets such as Google Fonts. These providers may process technical request data.

Cookies

The website uses essential technical cookies, including a session cookie required for form security (CSRF protection) and a cookie that remembers your advertising-measurement choice. Optional Google Ads cookies and identifiers are used only after you give permission. You can change that choice via Cookie settings in the footer.

Retention and security measures

Form submissions and technical security logs are stored in protected server locations and are accessible only to authorized administrators. We retain data no longer than operationally necessary and apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, portability or deletion of your personal data. You may also object to processing or request restriction where applicable. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Use of this website is governed by Dutch law. Any disputes are handled by the competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
